We are considered a “closed herd”, meaning we do not buy cattle to raise, fatten, and sell for beef. All our beef is from cattle born on our ranch.
All our cattle are “grass fed”. We “grain finish” for a succulent, unmatched flavor that will tickle your taste buds with a juicy, smooth, soft, satisfaction-guaranteed result, or your money back. No other Ranch will ever offer that. We take care in how we feed our cattle to ensure a consistent marbling in our beef, for a well-balanced flavor and softness.
All of our beef is aged beef. We do not sell green beef—that is what you buy in the store: beef that has been aged for less than 14 days. We age our beef for 21 days. This produces a micro enzyme breakdown in our beef to ensure a soft, “melt in your mouth” result. We don’t sell our beef—our beef sells itself!
We deliver every order to your door. All prices are subject to hanging weights. We sell beef by the side, whole or half carcasses, as well as by the quarter. Our beef has been scrutinized by private chefs, who have helped us achieve a product that is truly remarkable. That's what keeps everyone coming back for more. We produce “Better Beef... Naturally”, from our pastures, to your table.
